Bio

Roisin is our brilliant Irish physio, bringing energy, warmth, and a seriously strong skillset to the team.

Fresh from her role in the NHS, she’s been working across rheumatology and musculoskeletal care, helping people with everything from persistent aches and pains to more complex conditions. She pairs this clinical experience with her background in Athletic Therapy, meaning she doesn’t just treat injuries—she understands movement, performance, and how to get you properly back to what you love.

Roisin has worked with athletes at all levels (and is a pretty impressive one herself), so whether you’re dealing with a gym injury, running niggle, or just feel a bit “off,” you’re in very capable hands.

She’s also trained in dry needling and Pilates, and has a real talent for explaining what’s going on in your body in a way that actually makes sense—no confusing jargon, just clear plans and real progress.

Expect a friendly face, plenty of encouragement, and a bit of Irish charm along the way.
